To start configuring your management application, use the main menu and add your association's partner funding organizations Funding organization . For each funding organization, input a name, website, description as well as the contact(s)/representative(s). To do this, on the funding organization’s record, click the button Contact to create a file for each contact. Each contact contains the following fields: a name, email address, phone number and a note field. In each funding organization’s record, create a program Program corresponding to the current grant program. The same funding body often offers several grants, listing different acceptance criteria.
Finally, you can turn towards creating records that will enable you to keep track of every application you put together for your association. An application tracking record contains fields communicating the status of the application, project type, next step, deadline, as well as the submission date. In addition, the record of your application comes with a "folder" space where you can upload files in order to keep track of the supporting documents you attach to your applications.
