At any time, you can either improve and grow your application, or, on the contrary, reduce its size and cut down on its capabilities. Once your application has been created from the model provided, invite the members of your association to join your application by creating a Simitless account. ( Edit application Access rights) A word of advice: you don’t need to invite all the members of your association to join the app, as most of them do not have a management role! We recommend inviting only members of the management board, as they should be the only ones eligible to access members’ information.
Once your application is created, you can start populating your app with data by adding information about your members into the member management table, visible on the main screen of the application ( Member). For each member, you can input data concerning their membership fees payments as well as donations they have made. Tracking these two pieces of data alone will already enable you to establish a better and more effective monitoring system.
