An insurance table – that, same as the maintenance table, is contained within the property table – allows you to keep records, concerning your legal insurance obligations. Treat this very simple structure of organizing your property data as a starting point. At any time, you can adjust the structure of your application to add, modify or delete elements to manage.


The second part of the application allows you to manage the information that pertains to the rental activities directly. You can input data containing applications of your possible future tenants as well as the details of the lease agreements, once the tenant is selected. For each lease, you can record each payment together with what this payment covers.
