To get started with your application, use the button to create a record for every workshop. For each workshop, you can input a title, a short summary and a description of the objectives of the workshop. This is the kind of information that the speaker of the workshop should be communicating to you some time in advance. If you are managing an event where several workshops are taking place at the same time, we have included a drop-down menu that would enable you to allot a separate room for each workshop. You can customize this menu in your application settings ( Edit app Edit data types Location)

Furthermore, for each workshop, you can add an agenda, then resources, and finally, the prerequisites. Once you’ve collected all these data in one centralized location, you can consult the information relating to all the workshops using the main menu ( Resources). As a result, with such an app, you can organize the workshops to the best of your knowledge and ability, without wasting a thought on the possibility of any shortage of resources.

In its current form, your collaborative seminar and workshop management application allows you to organize and manage workshops easily. However, if you feel like the app does not collect enough data to help you run your organizational and managerial tasks even smoother, you do not need to stop there and improve and develop your app at any time.
