To start configuring your application, use the main application menu to add the job positions, open in your company Position . A position, as defined for you by this model, comprises a title, a category, a creation date, a location, an application deadline, and a description. Other indicators such as number of working hours (i.e. whether it is a part-time or a full-time position) and the possibility of working from home complete the definition. By the way, you can change the structure of your app at any time ( Edit app Edit data types). For example, to give a job opening in your company a more detailed profile – like the ones you would find in a full job description – you could provide additional information on things like: position within the company, job purpose, key tasks and responsibilities, means and prerogatives, key working relationships, the necessary skills as well as the professional experience alongside with the required trainings or diplomas. A sub-record system lets you list all the different platforms as well as job ad websites that carry the call for applications for the position.

As for the record pertaining to the candidates applying for the job, there you will find fairly standard fields such as name and contact information. For each candidate, you can create one or more applications, thereby linking a candidate to one or more positions.
