Simitless helps teams to better advance in their work.
Say, you manage your projects using Agile as your methodology of choice. And although your project management is exemplary, it always feels like you are missing this one thing, this specific tool to get properly organized. With all the things you need to keep in mind managing your business on the daily, maybe you just don’t see the forest for the trees. Have you considered using a Kanban board? As you surely know, a Kanban board is suitable for projects with a limited number of tasks to accomplish. As a rule of thumb, each task is linked to a feature that needs to be developed. And using the Kanban board, you can prioritize completing small tasks as they arise.
More than a project management system, Kanban is a method of collaboration. A Kanban board contains columns that allow you to organize your tasks into categories corresponding to their status. In the case of a typical project management model, the usual categories used within the Agile management method are:
- To do
- In progress
Alongside with providing you with a modular app template design, Simitless allows you to customize your app’s functionality and enhance your app as your project grows.
A huge advantage of the Simitless Kanban board is that you can manage your project, organize your tasks and develop your teams in a central application tailored to you.
All you need to do to access the app is to consult the application template via the provided link, then click the " Use this model" button to create your own copy of the app. Simitless is a system that adapts to your needs. Plus, it is risk-free. To save your progress, think of creating an account by following the instructions on the green buttons! Once you finish setting up your app, invite your co-workers to start working on the app together. ( Edit App Access rights)
This small Kanban project management application, always easily accessible and secure, allows you to have a centralized view of the progress of your projects week after week.
And last but not least, how about this nifty idea that breaks with the norm, in a matter of speaking. To be able to track more detailed information on the status of your project, why not add another field to your management system:
- To do this, use the app menu (top right)
- Edit app
- Edit data types
- In the data types tree, click (add a data type)
- Enter "Status" in the search field
- Select the " Build field" tab
- Dropdown value selection
- Add values and select colors for your categories
- "Everything is fine"
- "Problem being analyzed"
- "Help Required"
- Click "Continue"
