To set up a catalog of courses for your team, ask each of your colleagues to create an entry for each course they are willing to teach. It is very possible that the way you want to organize your trainings’ catalog differs from the proposed structure - an absolutely sound wish, by the way, as you and your practices are unique, and that makes all the difference.
