Once the travelling part is done, you and your employees spend hours on end processing your expense reports, manually filling out paper forms or inputting information into standard ".doc" worksheets several weeks after the expenses have been incurred. By now, you struggle to remember what these expenses relate to. As regards to receipts, well, we are only human. And being human, we sometimes have a tendency to misplace, forget or even lose the receipts. The situation is a huge headache, especially considering that all you want is to save time and avoid mistakes.

To input a purchase, use the "" button, then fill out the form. The photos of the objects purchased as well as of the receipts can be uploaded to the app directly from your mobile device equipped with a camera. Simply open the Simitless app via the mobile browser on your phone or install the app on your phone as a progressive web application (PWA). To do this, in Chrome mobile browser, open the browser menu and select the option "Install the application" to create an icon on the desktop of your mobile.
This app gives you a simple, easy-to-use system to record your purchases on the go. Please note that, depending on your country (as well as in certain other cases), you might still be obliged to keep your original receipts and invoices. To be on the safe side, we advise you to consult with your accountant!
And that is not all. You can go even further with your app by adding a validation indicator for your expense reports, making it easier for your manager to track and sign off on expenses reimbursement.
