The application contains a list of subcontractors, accessible via the main menu of the application (). Once the contact information of your subcontractors has been added to this list, you can start creating records for each project. A "project" record contains a name, description, start date and delivery date of a project. With these particulars in place, you always have the latest version of the essential information available to you and your employees. Finally, the record is rounded off by a list of tasks, containing a description, a block of text allowing to add more details, a duration estimate and a status indicator.
