Although simple at its core, the model can be easily enhanced, modified, and improved whenever you want to adapt your application to fit your needs more closely. The application model is available on Simitless as of now. All you need to do to access it is to go to the said application model page and click " Use this model".
Your app is ready for you to input your data. If you already have a list of contacts, you can simply import them into the app and start working. To save your progress, think of creating an account by following the instructions on the green buttons!
To edit categories, use your app's edit menu ( Edit App Edit data types Category ) to match your needs
At the bottom of the edit page of the "Category" field, you will find a list of values available in the categories. Edit this list and see how your app changes in real-time!
Your customer list is now ready! Do not forget to inform the people who are on your list about their rights to access, modify and delete their personal data. Most of the time, this information is contained in your “Terms of Sale”. However, if you are unsure, do reach out to a specialist for advice.
With the formalities out of the way, all that is left to do is to migrate your existing customer list from where you managed it before. This is more often than not Excel, Outlook or Gmail. All of these allow you to export your data into a .csv file, which can then be imported into Simitless using the button.
With your new app, you can now track who of your customers did what (i.e. which training sessions did they attend, what workshops they were interested in, etc.); moreover, you can segment your list of customers and potential customers (prospects) into categories, in order to tailor your communication efforts much more effectively.

- Simitless disposes of an e-mailing function that is directly integrated into your customer file. Often when a mentor’s customer base grows, they are stuck with the free quotas that their email provider offers them. These quotas often amount to something around 200 recipients per day or 600 messages per month. I would, therefore, suggest that you open an "SMTP service" account. This is the email sending service. Professionals often use specialized providers to ensure the proper delivery of their emails. It is a paid service, but it can remain affordable if it is well configured. You can choose from many providers such as Mailjet, MailGun or Sendgrid. Once your account is created, you can add the information of this account into Simitless, and Simitless will take care of sending your emails through this service.
- The technical implementation of such a system can be daunting if you are not particularly computer savvy. This is why I would like to offer you an additional service. I can personally take care of the migration of your data and the implementation of your application.
